PURPOSE YOUTH

A Place to Belong, Grow, and Follow Jesus.

Purpose Youth is a place where students can build real friendships, ask honest questions, and grow in their relationship with Jesus while discovering how their faith connects to everyday life.

For students in 6th–12th grade, meeting at 6 PM on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays of each month.

The teenage years are filled with opportunities, challenges, and important life decisions. At Purpose Youth, we want students to know they don't have to navigate those seasons alone.

Our gatherings are designed to help middle and high school students build meaningful friendships, strengthen their relationship with Christ, and discover their unique purpose. Through engaging worship, practical biblical teaching, small group discussions, games, and special events, students are encouraged to grow spiritually while having fun together.

We believe church should be a place where young people feel accepted, supported, and inspired to become everything God has created them to be.

Christ-Centered Teaching

Every gathering is built around God's Word, helping students understand biblical truth and apply it to everyday life with confidence and purpose.

Authentic Community

Purpose Youth is a place where friendships flourish. Students are encouraged to connect with peers and leaders who genuinely care about their lives and faith journey.

Passionate Worship

Through energetic worship and prayer, students have opportunities to encounter God's presence and develop a personal relationship with Jesus.

Fun & Engaging Events

From youth nights and camps to outreach projects and social events, there's always something happening to help students connect, grow, and make lasting memories.

Caring Leaders

Our volunteer leaders are passionate about investing in the next generation. They provide encouragement, mentorship, and support while creating a safe and welcoming environment for every student.

MEET OUR PURPOSE YOUTH DIRECTORS

Meet Te and Erika, the Directors of Purpose Youth!

Te and Erika met in college in 2018, married in 2019, and are parents to two children with another little one on the way. They’ve spent the past seven years serving together in ministry and felt called specifically to youth ministry in 2019.

They share a genuine heart for encouraging and supporting young people as they navigate the teenage years, and they believe one of the greatest things they can give students is a firm foundation in Jesus that they can carry with them into adulthood.

Their vision for Purpose Youth is to create a community where students have people they can lean on, grow alongside, and walk through real life with. They want every student to have space to discover who God created them to be, develop their gifts and talents, and grow into their own authentic relationship with Jesus.

For Te and Erika, leadership starts with setting the example, which is why you’ll also find them serving throughout Purpose on our prayer, worship, and guest connect teams.
